FIRST STEP

Working together on a design project becomes an intimate dance between client and designer, and it’s important to determine if we are mutually a good fit.  Before we meet for our initial consultation, we schedule a 15 -30 minute phone call to get to know each other and also gain an understanding of the project scope.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is where our design process begins for all projects, big and small.  We typically meet at the site, review the space and the scope of the project.  This is a working meeting where we provide ideas and recommendations.  For clients who want full scope design services, we take over from here.  For our clients who want some advice but plan on doing the project on their own, we leave you with a detailed action plan and recommendations.  For these DIY’ers, additional time can booked on an hourly basis as needed.

$550 (up to 2 hours)

 

FULL SCOPE INTERIOR DESIGN

Whether your project is one room, an entire house, a renovation, or new build, we manage each aspect from concept to final installation.  Each project begins with the initial consultation where we assess the design objectives and start to develop the design concept. Typical offerings include all or parts of the following, depending upon the specifics of your project:

  • Developing the Design Concept

  • Creating Space Plans and Architectural Drawings

  • Sourcing Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment

  • Selecting Surface Finishes and Paint Colors

  • Purchasing, Receiving and Installing

  • Coordinating Contractors, Trades and Artisans

  • Managing Budgets and Timelines

We take on all the heavy lifting so you may simply enjoy the process and results of transforming your space.

Fees vary based on project scope.

 

HOURLY CONSULTATIONS

Hourly consultations are for those who have specific projects they want to complete but require the expertise and resources of an interior designer.  This could be selecting finishes, paint colors and surface materials, custom furniture design, window coverings, space and furniture plans, lighting design, etc.  Essentially we come in to tackle whatever your project requires.  Hourly consultations are also great for the DIY’er who either loves the satisfaction of doing the work themselves or doesn’t necessarily have the budget for full scope design services.  We believe good design should be available to all!
